Our Process

ADAS requires repairers to alter their existing auto repair workflow to include both static calibration and dynamic calibration procedures. Our process allows repairers to have a plan of action for these necessary calibrations early on in the repair process.

Step 1

1. Diagnostic Scan After Initial Disassembly

a. Identify ADAS systems on each vehicle

b. Identify what ADAS Systems were affected by the accident

c. Identify what ADAS Systems will be affected by the repair process

Step 2

2. Make ADAS Calibration part of the Repair Plan.

a. Determine what type of calibration will be needed after repairs are completed. Static or Dynamic Calibrations will be identified during the initial Diagnostic Scan.

b. Include Static or Dynamic ADAS Calibration on the initial estimate with a guaranteed quote derived from the supporting Diagnostic Scan.

Step 3

3. Calibrate Using ADAS Calibration System and specific OEM targets

a. Validate Ride Height

b. Complete a Precision Calibration

c. Test Drive

d. Complete Post Calibration/Final Health Check Scan

Step 4

4. Health Check (Post Scan)

a. Validate that the calibration was successful

Accuracy is the top priority. Historically, in the automotive industry, shorter cycle times have been the measure of a successful, profitable shop. Not anymore. With ADAS, even small errors can have dangerous implications.
